Greetings from Country Cove Christmas Tree Farm.

A lot has happen at the Tree farm since Last Christmas.  For one I have continued to take over Tree Farm Business from Joe Clayton.  Joe has been a great help and tremendous source of knowledge about the Christmas tree business and he has help me numerous times.  The work has been hard and very rewarding.  I hope you have a chance to take a Hay rack ride at the farm this season and see all the new trees.

Also, we have new partners in the Gift Shop, Mike and Missy Gattie has taken over the Gift Shop and its inventory from Tracy Skinners, Joe’s Daughter who ran the shop in the 2008 Season.   They have redecorated the gift shop and add lots of new Christmas Gifts and Inventory.   Come and See us at the Country Cove Gift Shop Open House Saturday November 21, and Sunday November 22.

The farm has had very busy year, we have planted over 3,000 White pine seedlings, 1,000 potted 3 year old White Pines Trees, and 1,000 potted Leyland Cypress Trees.  We hope with some good weather to be selling the first trees from this planting by the 2012 Christmas Season.

The Wreath shop has moved into the Wood Shop just east of the Gift Shop.  We have expanded the Wreath shop to include garland making equipment.  Like last year we can make custom Wreaths, and this year we can box and ship that wreath anywhere in the country.

We have a new Country Cove Christmas Tree Schedule.  The days we are open has expanded and includes a visit from old Saint Nick himself.  The New Schedule is as follows:

Saturday November 21- Opening Day Noon to 5 pm

Gift Shop Open House with Santa Claus 1pm to 4pm

Sunday November 22- Noon to 5 pm

Gift Shop Open House with Santa Claus 1pm to 4pm

Thanksgiving Weekend Open 9am to 5 pm Fri, Sat, & Sun

The Month of December Open 9am to 5pm Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday, till Sunday December 20

New this Year, We are open Thursday Nights from 4pm to 8pm in December till December 17
